Booking & Reservations

How far in advance should I reserve my rentals?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during spring, summer, and holiday weekends. Popular items can book quickly.

Do you require a deposit?
We may require a deposit on some items, with the balance being due before pickup.

Can I make changes to my order after booking?
Yes, subject to inventory availability.


Delivery & Setup

Do you deliver and set up?
While many of our customers are DIY and like to keep costs down, we do deliver to surrounding areas close to Concord for an additional fee. See our delivery area for details.

What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve Concord, Kannapolis, Harrisburg, Mount Pleasant, Landis, Enochville, Davidson, Charlotte, Midland, China Grove, Huntersville, and many other cities nearby. See our full list of areas we serve.

When can items be picked up?
We are pretty flexible with both weekday and weekend pickup. Please let us know what times work best for you so we can try to accommodate.


Weather & Cancellations

What happens if it rains?
Weather-related concerns should be discussed before your event date. Rescheduling options may be available depending on circumstances.

Rental Equipment

Are your tables, chairs, and games cleaned before pickup?
Yes. All rental equipment is cleaned and inspected before every event.

Do I need to clean the equipment before returning it?
We ask that equipment be free of food, trash, and personal items before dropping them off. They should be returned in the identical condition you picked them up in. A cleaning fee may be charged for items that are not returned in such condition.

Can rentals be used outdoors?
Yes, many of our rentals are suitable for outdoor events.


Events

Do you provide rentals for weddings?
Yes, some of our items can be used for weddings. Many can also be used to other events such as birthday parties, family reunions, corporate events, and so much more.

Do you provide rentals for corporate events?
Absolutely. We support corporate gatherings, grand openings, company picnics, and community events.
