Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes 5-10 business days after processing. Most customers receive orders within 7-12 business days total.

Shipping Cost

Free standard shipping on all orders over $150. Orders under $150 incur a flat $9.95 shipping fee.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, photograph it and email support@luxecloseouts.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will ship a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
